As part of their commitment to continuous improvement, they are seeking a dynamic and experienced Plant Controller to join the team. Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for the plant.
• Collaborate with plant management to develop annual operating budgets and forecasts.
• Maintain and update standard cost system for inventory valuation.
• Oversee inventory valuation, reconciliation, and physical inventory counts.
• Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and internal control standards.
• Lead and develop a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in cost accounting, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
