    Commercial Sales Representative

    We are seeking a Commercial Sales Representative to join our team in Lincoln, RI.

    Position Overview

    This role is responsible for expanding our commercial client base, promoting our range of services and contributing to the overall growth of the business.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Consult with business professionals to provide mechanical solutions that meet their needs.
    • Provide estimates for new installations of boilers, furnaces, and central air conditioning systems.
    • Bid on and close sales opportunities to achieve individual sales quotas.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their HVAC and plumbing needs and providing tailored solutions.
    • Sizing and measuring new systems and replacement of old systems.
    • Knowledge of heating, plumbing, electrical and cooling systems.
    • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective new clients while maintaining quote requirements.
    • Complete scheduled phone blocks and cold call prospecting activities to establish initial and follow-up appointments within a designated territory.
    • Complete customer KPI expectations, CRM entries, reports, and other paperwork in a timely manner.

    Requirements

    • Prior sales experience is required.
    • Superior customer service skills and strong organizational skills.
    • Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them clearly to clients.

    Estimated Salary

    $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
