    Estimated Weekly Salary:
    $2,260–$2,430


    Setting:
    Community Hospital Radiology Department – teaching facility


    Shift:
    8-hour day shifts (variable start times: 7:00am–3:30pm, 8:00am–4:30pm, 8:30am–5:00pm, or 9:00am–5:30pm)


    Hours:
    72 hours biweekly (9 shifts per two weeks)


    Weekend/Holiday:
    Rotating schedule among 5 techs (8am–2pm Sat/Sun and holidays)


    Floating:
    Required (ability to float to different units)


    Call:
    Required


    Start Date:
    March 30, 2026


    Orientation:
    5 days


    Dress Code:
    Scrubs (no specific color required)

    Job Requirements

    Active ARRT certification (Radiologic Technologist) — required

    BLS certification (American Heart Association)

    Minimum 2 years clinical experience as a Radiologic Technologist (Rad Tech)

    Minimum 2 years experience in Diagnostic Imaging specialty

    Experience with OR cases, Fluoroscopy, and C-Arm operations — required

    Recent (within 2 years) experience with Epic Radiant EHR — non-negotiable

    Experience working in a teaching facility required

    Ability to float between main department and orthopedic units as needed

    Reliable personal or rental transportation (public transportation not accessible in this area)

    Responsibilities

    Perform diagnostic imaging procedures including X-ray, OR cases, Fluoroscopy, and C-Arm operations

    Operate and troubleshoot imaging equipment (Philips, Canon, Carestream, Philips portables, OEC C-arms)

    Document procedures and patient information accurately using Epic Radiant EHR

    Float between main radiology department and orthopedic/other units as required

    Participate in weekend and holiday rotations

    Provide imaging services to patients across the lifespan (newborn to elderly)

    Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a teaching hospital environment

    Ensure compliance with radiation safety, infection control, and facility policies
