    Position Overview:
    Responsible for the daily, weekly, monthly, and annual maintenance of ATM's IT systems and infrastructure.

    Responsibilities:

    Ensure backups have been run and that the restore feature is operationalEnsure disaster recovery systems are up and running and functional and disaster recovery plan is documented and up to dateEnsure server services are running and clean servers by checking for .tmp file and other file pollutionManage backup storageMonitor IT systems performance and capacity.

    Create plan/budget for expected future needsDocument full network and maintain documentationTrain new employees on how to use applicable systemsUpdate external website and intranet, and process website log reportsResearch and evaluate new systems and software and make recommendationsQualifications:


    Excellent communication skills to convey essential information clearly and concisely, both written and verbalAttention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks efficientlyEffective time management and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks concurrently.

    Must be self-directed and maintain professional attitude at all timesMinimum 1-3 years of previous employment with similar experienceAssociates degree or higher preferred, must have High school diploma or equivalentHigh use of office technology including but not limited to:Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Access)CarboniteDCHPDNSADSwitchesVLansGroup PolicyWindows LinuxDesktop and server machinesVMWareFirewall'sVoIP systemsUPS


    Physical Requirements:
