Good experience in requirement gathering/ analysis, DB design, coding, Unit testing, SIT SupportAs a US resource the expectation would be beyond their primary skill as DB Engineer.
Engineers would need to be hands on and are capable of conversing with Architecture teams.
The candidates are expected to speak of Industry Standards and how they have implemented some of them in their past projects during interviewRequired Skills: 7-9 yrs of experience in the DB development using Oracle-PL/SQLHands-on technical expertise in the DB Design, Performance Tuning, Analytical functions, Data AnalysisVery strong communication and inter-personal skillsNice to have skills: Shell scripting, Autosys, ETLCiti or Banking experience in the Risk domain preferred.
