- Balancing the accounts from day shift
- Managing front desk activity and handling guest check ins and check outs
- Ensure customer satisfaction by scheduling wake up calls and other concierge activities according to guest preference
- Balance and audit accounts for accuracy
- Identify and resolve discrepancies
- Handle requests and complaints and directing them to other team members or departments accordingly
- Answer all internal and external calls and inquiries
- Prior experience highly preferred
- Attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple requests simultaneously
