- The Production Manager leads all aspects of the production department at the Redmond Plant to ensure safe and cost-effective operations and achieve King & Prince Seafood's business goals and objectives.
- The primary mission of this position is to facilitate, direct and manage production to sustain ahigh level of performance and continuous improvement in the areas of safety, quality, productivity, reliability, cost control, team development and employee engagement.
- Lead and ensure compliance with BRC Global Food Safety Standards, GMPs and HACCP plans.
- Actively participate in BRC and customer audits.
- BRC and/or SQF audit experience preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and manage a diverse workforce focused on results, employee engagement, decision making and teamwork
