Job summary
This position answers incoming phone calls from existing customers regarding account information and offers information to potential customers.Taking new applications and processing payments via phone, documenting customer concerns and problems,
updating and changing account holder information,
basic data entry follow up mail & email correspondence
Responsibilities
- Accurately explains the terms/conditionsand policies/procedures relating to the account
- Prepares reports including CSR Daily Activity reportand cash out report
- Demonstrate the ability to proactively address customer requestsand explain termsand conditions
