    Position Overview:

    BILA is currently seeking a meticulous and dependable Shipping Manager to oversee logistics operations for department stores, boutiques, and direct-to-consumer channels.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 4 years experience as a Shipping Manager in the apparel industry.
    • Proficiency in AIMS, EDI, Shopify, Microsoft Office, and Label Matrix is required.
    • Experience managing logistics for major retailers and boutiques is essential.
    • Strong data entry skills with exceptional attention to detail for proofreading and editing purchase orders, billing, and shipping documents.
    • Familiarity with UPS WorldShip and FedEx.
    • Familiar with production tracking and pre production set up.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high level of professionalism.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
    • Strong work ethic and commitment to achieving goals.
