- Assess student needs and develop appropriate physical therapy treatment plans.
- Implement individual and group therapy sessions to improve mobility, strength, and coordination among students.
- Collaborate with teachers and parents to integrate physical therapy goals with educational objectives.
- Monitor and document student progress, adapting strategies as needed to maximize effectiveness.
- Provide guidance on assistive devices and home exercises to ensure comprehensive care.
- Bachelor's or Masters Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current PT licensure in the state of Tennessee or eligibility for licensure.
- Previous experience in a pediatric or school setting is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
