    Patient Access Specialist

    LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring a Patient Access Specialist for our reputable healthcare client in San Diego, CA. This role will be 100% onsite, and a long-term contract opportunity for our client. The role will be focused on prior authorizations and insurance verification.

    *The shift for this role will be Thursday-Monday, 3-11:30p (swing)

    Requirements

    High School Diploma or equivalent required

    Minimum 2 years in a patient access/insurance verification/authorizations experience required

    Epic EMR System and Microsoft Office experience required

    Skills

    Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Prior experience in insurance verifications and prior authorizations required

    Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitasking skills

    Able to work a team player, but be productive as an independent contributor

    Ability to prioritize and able to work on a deadline and thrive under pressure


    Pay Details:
    $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
