    Company Overview: Our client is an FDA-registered manufacturer of Towelettes and Alcohol Prep-pads specialized in both food and medical services industries. They work under the FDA, cGMP, CFR-21 and USP standards.

    Position Summary:
    The Warehouse Supervisor (WS) will oversee all operations related to the management of warehouse inventory to support the manufacture of GMP prep pads and moist towelettes. This position reports to the Production Planner (PP).

    Primary Role and Responsibilities:
    • Supervision of all operations related to the warehousing, shipments, and receipt of GMP materials at Med-Nap / Acme United. Thes primary duties include:
      • Managing inventory within the ERP system.
      • Perform cycle counting on a weekly basis and as needed.
      • Interact daily with PP to ensure orders are fulfilled.
      • Arrange shipment pickups and deliveries
      • Interact with customer service personnel to ensure ordered are fulfilled
      • Shipment and receipt of components, finished goods, and other items as needed.
      • Perform annual physical inventory
    • Strong attention to detail and the ability to muti-task in a fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to follow and implement cGMPs (current Good Manufacturing Practices) including GDPs (Good Documentation Practices).
    • Direct management of subordinate personnel, including mentoring, training and annual performance reviews.
    • Work cross-functionally with all departments to ensure company goals are met.
    • Maintain the warehouse(s) in a clean, neat and orderly manner.
    • This position will directly manage the Shipping & Receiving Clerk, with the potential for additional reports as the role grows.
    • Other duties as assigned.
    Required Knowledge and Skills:
    • High School Diploma or GED
    • Two (2) + years of previous experience in a warehouse role directly managing warehouse personnel.
    • Prior experience with software-based ERP systems.
    • Proficiency using state of the art software programs.
    • Follows written and oral directions well.
    • Good organizational skills
    • Able to accurately and neatly complete documentation
    • Hands-on, team player.
    • Ability to operate a forklift and become forklift certified
    • Ability to operate trucks weighing 26,000 lbs. or more and obtain a Florida Class B Certified Driver s License
