    Strong knowledge on Tier 1 support (production issues and Non-Production

    issues)
    Hands-on coding with one of the open-source tools for Automation,

    Innovation.
    Able to quickly analyze and find the root cause of issues and suggest for a

    fix/improvement
    Contribute/ develop Java/Spring boot application, Slack BOT, Splunk dashboards, alerts as needed to improve the customer

    experience.

    Desirable:
    Telecom domain experience/
