    Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - PT - Days

    The Good Samaritan Society is a not-for-profit organization with over 100 years of experience providing housing and services to seniors in a Christian environment.

    About the Role:

    • Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents within a senior living facility, focusing on assessment, diagnosis, care planning, and evaluation.
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care and education for residents.
    • Adhere to nursing standards and practices while delivering compassionate care.

    Responsibilities:

    • Utilize the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation, and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care.
    • Coordinate care, perform resident assessments, educate residents, and implement various nursing interventions as needed.
    • Serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel.

    Requirements:

    • Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred.
    • Hold an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where practice occurs or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact state.
    • Ongoing education and certifications required.

    Salary Range: $32.00 - $48.00 per hour

    Estimated Annual Salary: $66,688 - $99,840

    Hiring Bonus: $2,500 sign-on bonus
