    Description
    Job Description SummaryThe Electrical Engineer (EE), collaborating closely with Senior EEs, will lead the electromagnetic design for assigned projects. These projects primarily involve high-speed permanent magnet alternators and motors.

    The EE will utilize both in-house and commercial design software for lumped parameter calculations and Finite Element Analysis (FEA) when necessary.

    Moreover, they will closely interact with other design functions, including mechanical and design/drafting, while coordinating the EMAG design with associated power electronics and regulators.

    Job DescriptionRoles and Responsibilities Perform electromagnetic design analyses and calculations as needed.
    Prepare and deliver analysis results to large audiences.
    Interpret and clarify customer technical expectations.
    Collaborate with the Engineering Team to achieve internal cost targets and establish cost objectives.
    Define and uphold technical compliance with customer requirements.
    Adhere to project schedules and meet deadlines.
    Coordinate technical design efforts with other Unison resources, including Marketing, Manufacturing, Quality, Operations, and integrated product teams.
    Draft technical proposals and present technical details to customers.
    Generate comprehensive design and analysis reports.

    Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.
    The base pay range for this position is $67,700 - $101,400. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors,including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set.

    This position is also eligiblefor an annual discretionary bonus based on apercentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan.
