Requirements:

• Must have 8+ years of experience in program management or related roles, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects or programs.
• Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work individually and part of a team
• Bachelor's degree

• Compensation includes: Base salary (DOE) + bonus + benefits
• Hybrid (onsite 2 days/week - Tuesday & Thursday)
