Job Summary
We are looking for a Diesel Technician who can accurately diagnose and repair the best Ford has to offer As a Diesel Technician you will perform all warranty and non-warranty inspections as well as all diagnostic maintenance and repair work oversee all apprentice employees assigned to you Customer satisfaction comes from personal work habits and ethics and is of utmost importance as part of this job The Technician will ensure customer satisfaction by completing the job correctly cleanly honestly and on time for every service visit In addition the Technician will set goals for personal service improvement
Responsibilities
- Performs all warranty and non-warranty inspections as well as all diagnostic maintenance and repair work
- Completes each & every job correctly cleanly honestly & on time to ensure customer satisfaction
- Ensures that the required documentation is complete & is in compliance with regulations & standards
- Attends all staff meetings training & educational classes as required
- Aderes to all safety rules
liMinimum of four years of diesel vehicle-servicing experience/li>/li>A ‘can-do’ positive attitude//Valid CA driver’s license with a clean DMV record/li>/Must be able to diagnose iand/repair diesel engines preferably Ford models //Must be able to drive both automatic iand /standard-transmission vehicles/li>/Must be able to work safely iand /follow directions//Impressive work ethic/lfGood computer skills
