You will sit within a business unit and partner with senior HR People leaders to interpret business requirements.

    How you will contribute

    You will:

    • Support and partner with the Senior People Lead on the definition and execution of global and local policy and change initiatives and understand the impacts of the changes planned
    • Partner with function leads and middle managers to collaborate on creating and delivering the functional priorities and plan, providing strategic guidance
    • Leverage data analytics in driving business solutions and decisions and support with the delivery of operational processes and leverage insights and data and translate into actionable plans to impact the bottom line and enable business strategy. Inform and update People Services of any local, legal and regulatory changes in market
    • Lead and advise on talent management practices within assigned business unit related to workforce planning, talent acquisition strategy planning, leadership development, employee development, career and succession planning and talent mobility, approving job requisitions
    • Build end-to-end capabilities that accelerate consumer-centric growth and operational excellence
    • Manage works council relations and provide guidance to HR to ensure successful implementation of labor policies and compliance with laws and agreements
    • `Consult on overhead management

    What you need to know about this position:

    Our employees are key ingredients to our success, and you will be responsible for HR support to a specific plant(s) on topics such as talent management, leadership development, early career programs, career pathing, mobility, and strategic talent reviews. For people managers in specific plants, you will act as point of contact for specific HR topics. You are a trusted partner and will drive the implementation of global strategies and initiatives across plants. You will be responsible for influencing business strategy for people-related issues.

    What extra ingredients you will bring:

    Experience working with Lean Six Sigma to drive high performance.

    Experience in a manufacturing or food production environment a plus.?

    Education / Certifications:

    BS degree is required in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.

    10 or more years of HR Generalist experience is preferred.
