New Trauma/ACS Surgery Locums Job in Massachusetts
Our client in Massachusetts is searching for a Trauma/Acute Care Surgeon to cover the following shifts. Preference for the full week, but they're open to weekend call coverage as well.
Coverage Dates:
August 23-30
September 20-27
October 25-November 1
November 30-December 6
December 20-27
Details/Requirements for Assignment :
Coverage: Currently seeking coverage the above weeks Friday-Friday. Open to weekends only if that is all your availability allows.
Must be Massachusetts licensed and Board Certified
There is a PA on site during the day full time and a Surgical Resident Monday through Friday days
Onsite 7A-5P, on call (within 30 minute response) 5P-7A
Average number of cases during the day 1-3 and you can expect to see 3-4 consults in the evenings
Typical cases seen: appendicitis, cholecystitis, diverticulitis, hernias, bowel obstruction
Level III trauma hospital
EMR EPIC
