Summary:
Operate plant equipment by manufacturer guidelines and specifications. Adhere to safety policies and procedures while consistently producing high-quality products.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with the production team to determine material requirements and specifications for production orders.2. Set machine adjustments and operate machinery to mix concrete and produce products according to specifications.3. Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met, removing items that do not meet QC standards.4. Perform adjustments, repairs, and preventative maintenance on equipment as assigned.6. Ensure all safety devices are in working order throughout the plant.7. Operate forklift as needed and maintain a clean and organized machine area.8. Perform daily cleaning in the work area and on equipment.9. Assist the QC team in maintaining high-quality products through measurements, weighing, gathering samples, and conducting tests as needed.10. Undertake additional duties related to the manufacturing process as required.
