    As a Property Preservation Contractor, you will be responsible for preserving properties across various locations in Kentucky. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Property Preservation: Perform standard preservation tasks, including winterizations, lawn maintenance, debris removal, lock changes, initial services, and boarding.
    • Reporting and Bidding: Provide detailed reports, submit photos and bids, and estimate costs for repair or replacement.

    Requirements:

    • Experience: Must have prior experience with property preservation tasks.
    • Equipment and Materials: Must have own equipment and inventory of necessary materials, including HUD locks.
    • Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to travel to different locations.

    Working Conditions:

    • Location: Work at various locations across Kentucky, primarily in rural areas.
    • Weather: May work in varying weather conditions, including inclement weather.
