    Salary and Benefits

    This is a part-time (25 hours per week) position in a salary grade CS1, with a minimum salary of $16.71 per hour.

    The successful candidate's salary will be calculated based on education and experience within the salary grade range.

    General Description

    Greets students and visitors entering the College Welcome Center in a friendly, courteous manner, and assists with directions, information, and next steps.

    Provides information and customer service to students, staff, faculty and the public; composes correspondence, reports, and data requiring knowledge of all college policies and procedures.

    Responsible for taking and distributing Student and Staff ID pictures/cards. Performs clerical and receptionist duties in the College Welcome Center.

    Assist the Campus Visit Coordinator with organizing, preparing, and executing, all processes that are needed for a prospective student to visit campus.

    Assist the Communications & Recruitment Coordinator with CRM data entry, Web Requests processes, and assigned duties.


    Qualifications:
    Education

    High School Diploma or recognized equivalent required. Work requires knowledge necessary to understand basic operational office processes.


    Qualification:
    Experience

    One year of customer service or related experience required.

    Requires strong computer, organizational, and communications skills. The ideal candidate will be approachable, personable, and professional. An exceptional level of customer service is required.
