    We are actively seeking a

    Geotechnical Engineer with E.I.T or P.E.

    for a full time position located at our corporate headquarters in

    Houston, Texas .

    You will be working with an experienced team on high visibility projects in the Heavy Industrial Division.

    The projects include, but are not limited to, geotechnical aspects of design and construction of commercial buildings, industrial facilities (refineries, LNG, and chemical plants), highways, bridges, flood control structures, pipelines, power plants and water and wastewater facilities.

    Duties include supporting Senior Engineering Staff in the management and execution of engineering projects.


    Routine activities include the following:
    Assisting with overall development and management of engineering projects
    Coordination and supervision of field and engineering tasks
    Performing engineering analyses and calculations, developing recommendations and preparing engineering reports for geotechnical projects
    Preparation of project proposals and cost estimates
    Attend project and client meetings
    Participate in training and professional development opportunities
    Assist other departments with geotechnical and other engineering services

    Skills / Qualifications
    B.S., M.S., or Ph.
    D. in Civil Engineering (with geotechnical engineering emphasis)
    Relevant geotechnical experience demonstrating increasing levels of responsibility
    Engineer-In-Training certificate or Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in the State of Texas
    Solid oral and written communication skills
    Familiar with standard geotechnical engineering software
    Solid communication skills and ability to work well in multiple teams
    Willingness to learn new concepts and ideas with an entrepreneurial mindset
