First Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking a Senior Vice President and Regional Credit Supervisor to join the Credit Administration Division. In this role, you will be providing credit guidance that is predominantly related to commercial lending business units. Areas of responsibility may include Wholesale, Commercial, Retail, Private Banking and larger transactions for Consumer Banking.

The successful candidate will be hired for the level of the position that aligns with their experience.

Compensation:The annual salary range for this level of role is $131,000 - $188,000 per year; commensurate with experience.

Work Hours:Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (hours may vary)

The ideal candidate will have:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a comparable discipline required
Master's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a comparable discipline coupled with a minimum of 10 years commercial lending experience preferred
7 years of progressively responsible experience in commercial lending required
3 years of supervisory/managerial experience required
Strong overall credit background is essential
Thorough understanding of available government loan products
Able to travel independently to off-site locations for client meetings in a timely manner
