- BA/BS Required
- Experience with software development using a modern OOP language (Java, C#, or similar) with a strong understanding in programming, data structures, algorithms, databases and SQL
- Knowledge of IT service management processes
- Familiarity with integration tools and APIs (e.g., REST API, SOAP API).
- This position requires the ability to obtain a Secret Clearance.

- Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications/modules, including incident management, change management, problem management, service catalog, and other IT service management processes.
- Customize ServiceNow workflows, forms, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and other elements to meet business needs.
- Develop low-code solutions in ServiceNow using Flow Designer
- Configure ServiceNow integrations with other systems and applications, utilizing REST, SOAP, and other integration methods.
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow reports, dashboards, and performance analytics to provide insights and drive decision-making.
- Develop customized applications using JavaScript, Glide API, ServiceNow REST/SOAP web services, HTML, CSS, and Jelly scripting.
- Create, configure, and execute automated test scripts with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) to validate ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations, to ensure reliability, quality, and compliance with business requirements.

SkillStorm is actively seeking Full-time Entry-Level Software Engineers for one of our enterprise clients.. This role is on-site and requiresrelocation to St. Louis, MO. This position will receive 12 weeks of training (40 hours/week) to ensure they are ready to hit the ground running day one on the job This position will be on-site and requires the ability to obtain a Secret Clearance.
