    Serves as a Cyber Integrator (CI) and Organizational Information System Security Manager (O-ISSM).

    As a CI, this role will serve as the senior program integration lead to the assigned Program Office. The CI will work across program lines to ensure continuity between program staff, engineering, facilities, support equipment, program planning, schedules, development activities, procurements, funding, assembly integration and test and mission support. The CI will work with the contract Program Lead to identify new opportunities and execute capture activities. The CI will also work across contract Program Areas to bring awareness of Strategic Programs activities and to leverage other contract expertise.

    As an O-ISSM, develops Risk Management Framework(RMF) Certification and Accreditation documentation, standard operating procedures, policies and security instructions for both networked and stand-alone computer systems and provides oversight and guidance for multiple systems. Responsible for supporting the Cyber Security Program to include but not limited to Cyber Security policy, procedures and regulations to assist with identifying potential Cyber Security issues. Establishes and satisfies system-wide information security requirements based upon the analysis of user, policy, regulatory, and resource demands.

    Principal Duties and Responsibilities (*Essential functions)

    + Manages the full range of security issues including architectures, firewalls, electronic data traffic, and network access.

    + Integrates architectural features into existing infrastructures and designs cyber security architectural artifacts.

    + Conducts architectural analysis and relates existing system to future needs and trends.

    + Embeds advanced forensic tools and techniques for attack reconstruction.

    + Provides technical expertise and guidance to more junior team members.

    Required SkillsRequired Experience

    + Masters degree in computer science, information technology, cyber security, engineering, or related field or equivalent work experience.

    + Minimum of 12 years of experience in information security, cyber security, or a related field.

    + Currently active DoD 8570/8140 Information Assurance IAM-III Certification (CISSP, CISM, etc.)

    + Experience of Cyber Architecture and Engineering, and Cyber Risk Management.

    + Working knowledge of eMASS, DISA STIGS and STIG-Tools.

    + Currently active DoD TOP SECRET security clearance and US Citizenship required.

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Experience with Industrial Control Systems, Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery, and IT Management.

    + Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

    + ITIL Foundation v3 certification.
