    Overview

    Work in a collaborative and innovative environment support Air Force Special Operations Command (AFSOC). This is an amazing opportunity to directly support the global Command and Control Mission Support (C2MS) program.

    You will be a critical part of the Systems/Network Administration team, maintaining the C2MS networks in our Florida and New Mexico locations.

    Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities

    Red Hat, Ubuntu, CentOS LINUX command level administration

    Troubleshooting of associated hardware/software to include Dell, HP, Pivot3, VMWare, Citrix
    Create, track and resolve escalated service desk action items
    Maintain the security and stability of cross domain enterprise level solutions
    Provide detailed technical solutions
    Build, install, move and or break-down systems on-site or remotely
    Create detailed technical reports and metrics
    Interact with customers and support personnel at on/off-site data centers
    Be familiar with Linux audit and reporting tasks

    Minimum Requirements

    Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university preferred
    Hands-on experience with UNIX/LINUX in an Enterprise environment
    Active CompTIA Security+ certification, or able to receive within 90 days of employment
    Active Secret Security Clearance
    Enterprise management experience to include LDAP, Configuration Management Tools, DNS, Repo, Backups, Log management
    Experience with Ansible Playbook
    Troubleshooting experience of Enterprise
    Networking experience of Enterprise to include Cisco and Palo Alto
    Data Center experience
    Shell Scripting experience
    Customer service experience
    Responsive Service Desk experience
    Excellent communications skills
    Ability to multi-task
