ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher in Afton, NYto join our team of educators. As a Special Education Teacher, you will play a crucial role in creating inclusive and supportive learning environments for students with diverse learning needs. This position offers the flexibility of hourly employment under a W2 agreement, providing a rewarding opportunity for educators who value flexibility in their schedules.

Special Education Teacher 24/25 School Year
35-40 Hours/Week
Onsite for now
K-12

Pay & Benefits:

$40-45hourly pay
Weekly direct deposit.
W2 employment with ProCare Therapy.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs.
Provide direct instruction and support to students with diverse learning needs.
Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and parents to create inclusive learning environments.
Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting teaching strategies as needed.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student performance and behavior.

Qualifications:

State certification in Special Education.
Experience working with students with diverse learning needs.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
