- Prepare financial plans, investment proposals, asset allocation analyses, and other documents to support financial advisors
- Maintain client data and update client files and account paperwork
- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, opening new accounts, and managing paperwork
- Assist with compiling profiles of prospective clients
- Ensure all activities and recommendations comply with industry regulations and firm policies
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field preferred
- 1+ years experience in financial services or wealth management preferred
- Proficiency with financial planning and CRM software
- Strong organizational, time management and follow up skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Series 7 and 66 licenses a plus
