    Flexible Work Environment

    Job Summary

    This role ensures consistency in executing company initiatives and standard practices across the organization. You'll lead strategy implementation to drive sales growth and profit, impacting the company's sales and profits.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Monitor store and personnel compliance with state and federal pharmacy laws and regulations.
    • Serve as a legal and professional resource for store and district leadership.
    • Execute initiatives to drive sales growth, profit growth, payroll productivity, and customer satisfaction.

    • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent verbal and written communication.
    • Proven problem-solving ability and leadership.
    • Ability to lead and motivate team members in a dynamic environment.
