- Manage COOP and DR activities for OMS.
- Coordinate DR planning with CIT Service Areas.
- Conduct DR tests, facilitate tabletop exercises, and report findings.
- Resolve security issues/vulnerabilities for the CIT infrastructure.
- Support OMS teams with reporting, documentation, and incident management.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in disaster recovery planning.
- Strong understanding of IT security principles.
- Experience with ServiceNow reporting and SharePoint documentation.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- ITIL 4 Certification required within first year.
- Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) preferred.
- Hybrid position with telework options.
- Local travel to Bethesda, MD may be required.
- May involve occasional work outside regular business hours.
