- Active Department of Defense (DoD) Secret security clearance.
- BS degree in Electrical Engineering, Mathematics or Physics.
- 8-15 years of experience in radar systems, including:
- Radar and radar-related concepts like the Doppler effect, detection theory, tracking, digital signal processing (FFT, IIR/FIR filtering, etc.), waveform generation, receiver design, and antenna theory.
- Proficiency in MATLAB for analysis or simulation.
- System-level and/or subsystem-level requirements and specifications.
- Systems integration and test.
- Familiarity with RF, analog, digital, or microwave hardware design
- Utilization of test equipment such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, etc.
- Advanced proficiency in MATLAB
- Knowledge of software development, C++, and Linux operating systems
- MS degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Systems Engineering.

POSITION SUMMARY
Modern Government Solutions (MGS) is looking for a versatile Senior Radar Systems Engineer to assist in all stages of radar system development, integration, and testing.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Senior Radar Systems Engineer will conduct radar analysis, simulations, and aid in establishing radar system-level and subsystem-level requirements. Additionally, the Engineer will offer technical guidance for subsystem development and implementation, along with supporting system integration and testing. Effective communication skills are a must, as the Engineer will need to assist in customer relations and meet management reporting needs. The Engineer will play a crucial role in the team and projects they are involved in.
