Description

Carlisle Weatherproofing Technologies (CWT) is a leading supplier of building envelope solutions that effectively drive energy efficiency and sustainability in commercial and residential applications. We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support the interaction with customers and Henry (A Carlisle Company) employees located in our Kimberton, PA office.

Essential Duties:

Contribute as a member of the Customer Service team by processing orders and responding to inquires in a professional and courteous manner.
Write and distribute accurate, clear and concise email correspondence to external customers and internal clients.
Obtain and assess all relevant information to determine validity and causes of complaints for timely resolution.
Ensure proper follow-up of customer inquiries and investigations.
Recommend improvements in processes, services and procedures to support the customer and Henry business.

Position Requirements:

Proven problem solving abilities and experience as Customer Service Representative.
Excellent interpersonal, listening and communication skills with an attention to detail.
Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and adapt to changes in accordance with the business needs.
Proficiency in CRM software, MS Outlook, and Oracle JD Edwards.
Project management experience a plus.

Education and Experience:

At least 2-3 years of previous customer service experience is required.
High school diploma or the equivalent is also required; some college or post-secondary classes a plus.
Candidates must have strong written and oral communication skills.
