Job summary
The Retail Construction Project Manager supports the successful delivery of tenant spaces within operating retail centers. This role manages multiple active projects at various stages and works cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to guide tenant construction from concept through completion.Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant construction activity across assigned retail properties
- Oversee the end-to-end tenant improvement process, from initial design review through final turnover
