- Guide clients through installation, chair client calls, and serve as client point of contact during implementation
- Manage all stages of onboarding lifecycle
- Create a deployment plan outlining sequence of activities for internal and external project team members.

- Refine our methodology based on industry best practices with continuous feedback and well-defined metrics to drive improvement
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technology standards, industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices
- Ensure procedural issues are quickly resolved and help implement strategies and solutions to reduce the likelihood of recurrence
- Identify competitive offerings and opportunities for innovation including assessments of risk/reward to the company
- Effectively communicate project status to key internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain up to date reporting for all projects
- Effectively manage very complex projects with multiple service lines
- Effectively manage risk
- Strong client and project management skills (PMP would be an asset)
- Experience with security platforms such as SIEM (Splunk and Microsoft Sentinel preferred), Vulnerability scanning solutions, and EDR agent solutions
- Experience with managing projects in TCP/IP and cloud based networks
- Prefer some experience in a SOC or MSS operation
- Experience managing programs.
- At least 7 years of project management experience
- Experience with waterfall methodology
