    Allied Instructional Services is a Virginia-based company that is led by therapists and educators. We offer a unique partnership with school divisions to provide effective and evidence-based speech and language therapy services to the students we serve.

    At AIS, we are committed to the success of our contract therapists and the students they serve:

    • We provide excellent compensation and a highly competitive rate. In addition to an excellent infield rate, you are compensated for travel time to and from your placement. We also offer paid office hours for documentation, material preparation, and communication with parents and other educators if needed after the regular school day.
    • Therapists are individually matched and paired based upon their unique skill sets and the speech and language needs of the divisions they serve.
    • We are dedicated to the success of our providers and provide exceptional support in a culture of innovation with access to resources, professional development opportunities, networking, and ongoing mentorship via on-site visits, and direct contact with experienced Speech Language Service Coordinators
    • SLPs participate as a member of a highly skilled team of therapists and educators in the fields of Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Teachers of the Deaf and Hearing Impaired, Vision, Orientation and Mobility and Psychology.
    • Our SLPs have access to a range of materials as well as support from a Services Coordinator who can help guide you through district policies/procedures and support your success.
    • Full-time and Part-Time options are available. You have the ability to set your preferred schedule and determine the hours that you work each week.
    • Hybrid and remote options also available

    Qualifications:

    • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a program accredited by the American Speech and Hearing Association
    • Current state licensure/appropriate credentials for the selected state
    • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
    • Must be clinically driven, dependable, and self-motivated
