- Pre-emptively address customer issues and inquiries.
- Answer incoming calls and forward or respond as necessary.
- Answer questions and field complaints in a professional manner.
- Assist customers with the application process and sign leases as needed.
- Create and maintain efficient systems to process data accurately.
- Keep updated records and files accurate and well organized.
- Prepare, sort, and distribute mail as needed.
- Enter work orders and call vendors if necessary.
- Order office supplies and manage inventory.
- Help organize office and resident events.
- Assist with maintaining the overall professional appearance of the Three Sixty office.
- Provide feedback and insight into current market conditions based on customer interactions.
- Work collaboratively with the Three Sixty team as a support member.
- Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Positively and proactively manage critical relationships with customers, service providers, and fellow employees.
- Operate general office equipment and maintain files.

- Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
