We are seeking a Major Incident Manager to join our team in Wilmington, Delaware. As a Major Incident Manager you will be responsible for reviewing proposed major incidents assessing criticality and business impact facilitating high severity incident bridge calls engaging escalating to needed individual resource teams documenting activities discussion during major incidents communicating throughout any event levels leadership recommending corrective actions based on major incident events and having hands-on experience managing handling outage meetings with executive leaders ITIL knowledge preferred understanding change problem demand management must.Responsibilities
- Candidate must be local Wilmington Delaware Minimum of years experience as a Major Incident Manager Experienced reviewing proposed major incidents assessing criticality business impact Experience facilitating high severity incident bridge calls Engage escalate needed individual resource teams Document activities discussion during major incidents Communicate throughout any event required levels leadership Recommend corrective actions based on Major Incident events Experience Service Now comparable ticketing system Good communication skills interact customer end user phone email Hands-on experience managing handling Outage meetings executive leaders ITIL knowledge preferred understanding Change Problem Demand management.
