Clinical Manager at Elevate Home Health
POSITION SUMMARY:
Oversee a clinical team and manage clinical services for a group of patients.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure office compliance with regulations
- Organize care conferences and team meetings
- Handle referrals and assessments
- Make patient care assignments and supervise staff
- Keep records of case assignments
- Act as a preceptor when necessary
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing school and current RN licensure
- Min. two years of recent clinical nursing experience
- Preferred experience in home health supervision
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Must have a vehicle, driver's license, and insurance
- Ability to conduct home visits and nursing assessments
