    Clinical Fellow (CF)

    Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)Location:

    Philadelphia, PAAnthroMed EducationAnthroMed Education is a therapy services group dedicated to pairing Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) with school districts to support students.

    We advocate for our SLPs, provide supportive Clinical Fellowship Mentors, and take your clinical preferences into account when pairing you with a school.

    We will find you a highly qualified CF Mentor, host regular meetings with our team of over 70 SLPs, and offer regular 1:1 support from our Clinical Support Director, who is also an SLP.


    Job Responsibilities:


    The selected candidate will support K-8th grade students by providing direct services, collaborating with key stakeholders, and maintaining all associated documentation.

    You'll be an essential part of the team working closely with students, families, and educators to provide quality speech and language services.

    As an instrumental member of the therapy services team, you will address the communication skills of K-8th grade students.


    Your responsibilities will include:
    Conducting thorough evaluations to assess speech and language disorders that impact academic achievement.
    Collaborating with key stakeholders to develop comprehensive treatment plans that address each student's specific needs.
    Delivering direct and indirect speech and language services to identified students.
    Working in close partnership with classroom teachers and interdisciplinary teams to support students' speech and language development.
    Continuously monitoring student progress through observations and data collection, allowing for necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
    Provide varied service delivery models (i.e. push-in, pull-out) to enhance the progress of your students.

    Making eligibility determinations, including discharge of services as indicatedMaintaining transparent and regular communication with caregivers, offering updates and strategies to foster continued growth at home.


    Qualifications:

    Applicants should possess:
    School-based and/or pediatric experience working with K-8th grade children.
    Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) or Communication Disorders.

    Valid PA SLP license from the Pennsylvania Board of Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP).Valid PA Education Specialist Certificate from the Pennsylvania Department of EducationAt AnthroMed Education, we are staunch advocates of diversity and inclusion.
