- Set up raw bar with different types of oysters and accompanying sauces
- Shuck oysters during service behind raw bar
- Maintain a clean and well stocked raw bar station throughout service
- Break down and clean up raw bar station
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Be able to lift 50lbs
- Willing to learn and grow in your position as a shucker
- Be willing to work as a member of a team, assisting others when able, requesting assistance when needed
- Have good communication skills
