    OverviewAs the Contract Admin Associate, you will utilize your strong attention to detail as you learn the ropes of financial lending services. Training will be provided, however you'll need to be able to multitask, coordinate, and be flexible and adaptable to daily processes and incoming requests.
    Responsibilities
    • Processing of credit applications which includes data entry, credit file preparation, document generation, preparation of UCC searches and filings, request and follow up for a certificate of insurance, coordination of contract funding.
    • Daily cash posting, contract adjustments, account reconciliation.
    • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
    • Working with the sales team and our customers to facilitate the processing of new business.
    • Fostering a culture of teamwork with our staff and our customers.
    • Special projects as needed.
    • Interact with other departments within the business unit to address appropriate credit, documentation, and program issues.
    • Complete other tasks/duties as assigned.

    Qualifications and Skills
    • 1+ year of recent office/clerical related experience
    • Experience reviewing contracts preferred
    • Experience with UCC Filings preferred
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (emphasis on Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
    • Strong grammatical and writing skills
    • Professional verbal and written communication skills
    • Excellent interpersonal skills
    • Successful ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to collaborate with others
    • Ability to work independently when needed

    Schedule: Monday - Friday (8:00AM - 5:00PM)
    Compensation: $ $22.00 Hourly
