The company is currently broadening its service portfolio and geographical footprint across multiple states.POSITION SUMMARY
This role oversees all operations for day and night cleaning shifts. The Regional Operations Manager supervises cleaning crews and subcontractors in designated locations.
Responsibilities include monitoring service quality, conducting inspections and operations reports, addressing service requests and issues, and providing continuous training to cleaning crews.
The role involves collaborating with Business Development to identify new opportunities, addressing Property Manager concerns, and managing staffing matters.
Standard hours are Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm. Candidates must also be willing to work flexible hours and be on call 24/7.Compensation includes a base salary, cost-saving percentage, KPI bonuses, commissions, and profit sharing, with potential total earnings in the high 60s depending on experience.
