The HMA Plant Equipment Operator will be tasked with operating heavy, material moving equipment safely and efficiently at the plant while working closely with the Plant, Maintenance, and Management Teams to ensure consistent and high-level functionality off all aspects of HMA operations.This position is responsible for operating heavy equipment such as a loader backhoe excavator skid steer haul truck and dozer ability to safely perform various tasks simultaneously consistently meet deadlines demonstrate professional communication in reaching out to employees managers for needed assistance willingness take on additional tasks responsibilities arise exhibit excellent time management skills prioritize various tasks complete them timely manner able perform duties independently working knowledge aggregate plants associated equipment understanding operations safety requirements preferred familiarity MSHA OSHA regulations plus on job training provided as needed
Position Overview
The ideal candidate has experience with HMA plants and the equipment associated with their operations.
