    Hematology/Oncology Physician


    Join our esteemed healthcare team as a Hematology/Oncology Physician and make a significant impact on patient lives through dedicated cancer care and hematologic treatment.

    This role offers you the opportunity to work in a dynamic clinical environment, providing specialized support for adults with solid tumors and blood disorders, while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team committed to excellence.


    In this position, you will deliver high-quality patient care during clinic hours, primarily Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, with flexible scheduling options.

    You will support a diverse patient population, managing approximately 13-15 cases daily, including cases such as iron deficiency anemia and other benign hematologic conditions.

    The role involves working with a skilled team of APPs, nurses, pharmacists, social workers, and support staff within a well-equipped clinic utilizing Epic/Beacon EMR systems.

    We are seeking candidates who possess Board Certification in Hematology/Oncology, hold a Virginia medical license, and are BLS certified.

    Candidates should have at least 2 years of relevant clinical experience in hematology and oncology, demonstrating proficiency in managing adult patients with complex conditions.

    Preferred qualifications include experience with solid tumor care and familiarity with outpatient infusion services. Candidates with additional certifications or experience in research or patient education are a plus. Traveling for licensure or other reimbursements may be applicable, although no travel is billable for this position.

    This position offers an hourly pay rate of $507.00, with a focus on a stable, consistent work schedule. Candidates should be prepared to obtain emergency privileges and meet all credentialing requirements promptly.
