    Caseload: K-12

    Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

    Requirements:

    • A valid and current Oregon Teaching License with basic or standard speech endorsement, or an appropriate license as per the State Board of Licensure for this profession.
    • CPR/First Aid Certificate.

    Job Description: We are seeking two dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists to join our team at Independence, Oregon, for the school year. The successful candidates will work onsite, providing essential speech and language services to students across the K-12 grade levels.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct assessments to identify speech and language disorders and develop appropriate intervention plans.
    • Provide direct therapy services to students to improve communication skills, including articulation, language, fluency, and pragmatics.
    • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to implement strategies to support student success in the classroom.
    • Maintain accurate documentation of student progress, assessments, and communication with stakeholders.
    • Stay current on best practices in speech-language pathology and participate in professional development opportunities.
