    Job Description

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Creates an enjoyable and captivating environment, prioritizing flawless service delivery.
    • Develops menus in line with management directives.
    • Prepares and presents menu items.
    • Maintains equipment, sanitation, and outlet cleanliness.
    • Controls inventory and product quality.
    • Orders effectively to meet business needs and cost controls.
    • Collaborates with Executive Chef on menu development.
    • Establishes training manuals and provides staff training.
    • Ensures quality control of all products.
    • Supervises and evaluates staff.
    • Acts as a liaison between front and back of the house.
    • Ensures compliance with policies and laws.
    • Establishes sanitation standards and customer service procedures.
    • Promotes team member and guest relations.
    • Handles guest complaints and inquiries.
    • Maintains professionalism in all interactions.
    • Performs assigned duties.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS:

    • Four (4) years of Culinary experience in hospitality preferred.
    • Two (2) years of supervisory experience.
    • Ability to pass a background check.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
    • Ability to work independently.
    • Maintains confidentiality.
    • Experience with computer systems.
    • Physical ability to perform job tasks.
    • Flexible work schedule.
    • Ability to work in diverse environments.
    • Effective communication skills.
    • Handles guest situations effectively.
