Primary role - production support, when there are no issues/tickets expectation will be to work in development, it will involve small fixes/IT value add
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Analyze and correct system issues and respond to user inquires or problems
Good in documentation and following through production tickets to closure
Prepare RCA and DEP (for eg: process change, code change, re of standards)
Ability to work across teams and SMEs
Should be able to work in shifts
Involves working during weekends, off business hours and holidays
