    We're hiring a Human Resources Business Partner

    Our Interior Systems Division is looking for an HR Business Partner for its manufacturing facility in Blue Springs, MO who will support in the day-to-day HR management, in accordance with the Group's human resources policies and procedures. The main missions of the role are to participate in strategic planning to help the business meet present and future objectives.

    You'll work on challenges that matter

    This job will require you to:
    • Recruit personally the key talents for their perimeter and ensure a thorough induction.
    • Identify short, medium, and long-term resourcing issues (Succession / Staffing Plans).
    • Build and maintain the local manpower plans and coordinate needs with the relevant agency (PIC / PDP).
    • Challenge managers on new roles, replacement strategy, job grading, and bands etc.
    • Provide support with the STAR Process.
    • Actively identify performers and skill gaps, propose, and implement changes necessary to mitigate risks.
    • Act as the performance improvement driver and provoke positive change in the people management process.
    • Challenge the organizational structure and propose change.
    • Lead Training Plan process, Success Planning activities, Individual Development Plans, and facilitate the management team to bring the best solutions for employees.
    • Design succession plans for key talents and key job positions.
    • Drive, influence, advise, and support the cultural and people aspects of organizational change in order to improve efficient and people management allowing for flexibility and planned growth.
    • Build a strong business relationship with the management team.
    • Proactively supports the delivery of HR Processes.
    • Proactively consult, influence, and negotiate with Union Officials on local issues.
    • Proactively work with the relevant Union body with regard to interpretation and renegotiation of the collective agreement (where appropriate). Build management responsibility and capability for managing issues and improving the effectiveness of the relationship between company and union.
    • Identify gaps in existing HR policies and contribute to the development of new HR policies and procedures. Consult and deliver new / amended policies and procedures into the business area.
    • Support commitments established in the ISO 14001 Environmental Policy.
    • Follow requirements established in ISO 14001 Environmental Management System (EMS) procedures and work instructions.
    • Ensure full respect of HSE rules and regulations.
    • Assist with any additional tasks as assigned by the company.
    • Commitment to the highest ethical standards and willingness to adhere to Faurecia's Code of Ethics and Code of Management.
    Position Specifications:

    Authority:
    • Recruitment of salary and hourly positions
    • Termination of employment, for different reasons included but not limited to performance, organizational re-structure, attachment to plant policies and rules.
    • Issue disciplinary actions to operators / GAP Leaders based on company rules and policies; including, but not limited to suspending employees
    • Enter updates/changes in the payroll and people management systems
    Minimum Qualifications:
    • Leadership ability, teamwork skills, and be able to work closely with all levels in the organization
    • Excellent interpersonal skills
    • International mind set
    • Bachelor's Degree with a specialization in HR
    • A first experience in the HR function within an industrial environment
    • Familiar with HR Information systems as well as MS office
    • Proficient level of English
