Job Title: Paraprofessional

Location: Peterborough, NH

Position Overview: Seeking a compassionate Paraprofessional to provide support to students and teachers, fostering a positive learning environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist with instructional activities and lesson plans
Provide one-on-one or small group support to students
Reinforce learning concepts and assist with assignments
Support classroom management and promote positivity
Collaborate with teachers and staff to meet student needs

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred)
Previous experience in education or working with children preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Patience, empathy, and a desire to support student success
